Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes content and conduct that is prohibited when using the Dissiq Chrome extension ("Service"). This AUP supplements the Terms of Service and applies to all users.

Prohibited Content

You may not use Dissiq to generate, request, request analysis of, or attempt to generate any of the following:

Sexual / NSFW Content

• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive material of any kind
• Content that depicts or describes sexual acts
• Content marketed or framed as "uncensored", "no filter", "NSFW", "18+", or "unfiltered"
• Erotic fiction, fantasy, or roleplay content with sexual themes

This applies regardless of whether the underlying AI provider would produce the content.

Identity Manipulation

• Deepfake content, face-swap material, or other media intended to impersonate real individuals
• Content designed to deceive viewers about the identity of speakers in source videos
• Voice cloning or impersonation outputs

Illegal or Harmful Content

• Content depicting or facilitating illegal activity (drugs, weapons, fraud)
• Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, or violence
• Content involving minors in any sexualized context (zero tolerance)
• Content that infringes copyright or trademark of third parties
• Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting protected classes

Source Material Violations

• Content scraped or downloaded in violation of third-party platform Terms of Service
• Content you do not own or have a license to analyze
• Bulk extraction or systematic data harvesting from supported platforms
• Content from age-restricted, paywalled, or DRM-protected sources where access controls have been bypassed

Prohibited Use of the Service

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or repackage Dissiq's analysis outputs as your own AI service
• Use Dissiq's API quota (Pro tier) to power a third-party application
• Share license keys publicly or sell them to third parties
• Reverse engineer the Service to bypass payment or rate limits
• Use the Service to generate content for spam, phishing, or social engineering campaigns
• Operate Dissiq on behalf of an entity the user does not represent

How We Enforce This Policy

• We rely on the AI providers' (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek) built-in content moderation
• We monitor refund and chargeback patterns for indicators of abuse
• We respond to user reports sent to support@dissiq.app
• Confirmed violations result in license revocation without refund and possible legal escalation

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or use of Dissiq that violates this AUP, please email support@dissiq.app with:

• A description of the issue
• The content or behavior in question (screenshot or URL)
• Your contact info (optional, for follow-up)

We respond to reports within 3 business days.

Changes

We may update this AUP to reflect new threats, new compliance requirements, or operational learnings. Material changes are effective when posted to this page.

Relationship to AI Providers

Dissiq passes user-submitted content to third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek). Each of those providers maintains its own usage policies. By using Dissiq, you also agree to comply with the underlying providers' policies:
